Nashville! & Cleveland!

Binnie, Don’t know when I might be back in that area. This is a week long business meeting. We move around the country wherever we can get good hotel rates with enough meeting rooms. This is a Standars Committee within the American National Standards Institute and we are in different places each meeting. Last year the June meeting was in Minneapolis, year before in St. Louis, and next year in Chicago. February we normally rotate between Denver and Seattle and for October Florida or San Diego. Next chance I believe would be 2005 as the 2004 meeting sites are already set and I can’t remember a time since 2000 when we repeated a city in June. I announced I would be in Nashville Tenn several weeks back. There were some preliminary discussions about meeting of any AS3 folks in the area. In fact one person actually works at the hotel where I will be staying. Now is the time to finalize any AS3 meet plans if any are interested. I will arrive in Nashville on Saturday 05/31, but have tickets to the Grand Ol Opry that night. I also have plans for Tuesday 06/03. If anyone is interested in getting together for an AS3 meet with dinner and some talk about old times on Sudan 06/01, Monday 06/02, or Wednesday 06/04 let me know and we can set up the time and place via E-Mail. Though I love the area I am flying to Ohio on Thursday to visit some relatives I don’t get to see often. If anyone is interested in the same thing in Cleveland Ohio I will be there on 06/04, 06/05 and 06/06. Oh, man, Ian! I cannot believe how close we are to being there then! What a crying shame! My husband and I are going to Tenn on Sunday, 5/25 but to Nashville on 5/26-5/29! We also have tickets on 5/30 for a day-trip in Nashville (and will be staying with friends and house hunting full-time the other days prior to 5/30) and then will be heading back to West Tenn. to visit with my family on 5/30 after our day-trip in Nashville. Will you be making this trip again in the future? We will be moving to the Nashville area sometime after we get our daughter married (here) in June.
