I purchased a book 9 years ago from New Zealand called The Home Built Dynamo. I don’t know if it is still being published. It gives an address that you can write for information. Todd-Forbes Publishing  P.O.Box 3919  Auckland, New Zealand There was no zip code listed in the book. I’m not sure if you need one over there. I’m not sure this is what you are looking for but it is a very good and detailed book. The subtitle of the book is: Dynamo Design and Construction With Ceramic Magnets. — David
