Rich’s belief. Not backed by any evidence. And my point was that the guy who was giving the testimonial was also selling the zapper. I also pointed out that this guy does not even have a social security number. Others can decide on whether to rely on this guy for valid information about whether the zapper works. Testimonials are often given by those who have a financial interest in others believing the testimonial is true. And the link that you gave is simply one example of this financial motive.
