Customs, Foreign Pharms – Customs1, Fixed.rtf (1/1)

Question:

Thank you –  It doesn’t say that you’re on your way to jail on a felony charge, now does it?

Response:

Great marketing strategy… "You might not end up in prison for dealing with us." – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – > Thank you –  It doesn’t say that you’re on your way to jail on a felony > charge, now does it?

Response:

Sorry Will, I’ve read alot of your posts on this board and have always respected you… Everyone knows there are risks involved – and are well warned on my site as well as on ng’s like this.  You can pay hundreds at a Dr’s office also, and not get what you need…  and instead of  "You might not end up in prison for dealing with us", it would be accurate to say "you will probably get your order with no problems if you deal with us" Denise

But there is a slight difference between not getting what you want at the doctor’s office and the "trouble" that could come from importing drugs from foreign countries without prescriptions and attempting to circumvent Customs. If you respect anything I say here, then take this to heart… what you’re doing it going to get you into trouble. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow… but one day they will be knocking on (or kicking in) your door and possibly seize everything you own and possibly take you away from the family you treasure for several years… if you follow through with your plans. Is it worth it to you just to make a little money? You’ve already publicly given advice on how to break the law by circumventing Customs and agreed to actively participate in this breaking of the law through your members only website. That’s a conspiracy against the government. You could be arrested right now for what you’ve already done without ever having one paying member on your website or a single drug being imported. That’s what conspiracy is all about… no law has to be broken… it only has to be talked about taking place in the future. There are tens of thousands of people in prison for conspiracy to commit different crimes… mostly drug related. They may have never actually committed a crime, but they talked about it and made plans to do so. Similar to saying you’re going to shoot the president. You don’t have to do it to be put in prison for conspiracy. So, say you don’t believe anything I just wrote… Besides the legal aspects of all of this… do you really want to be involved in something that is so looked down on by most people? It’s in on television, it’s in magazines, it’s in newspapers, it’s here on the net… what you’re doing is considered sleazy. It was just on our local news tonight about how people are being ripped off by online pharmacies. It was the head person from our local government’s Health and Education (I think that’s the correct agency) making a public statement. They didn’t go into the importation part, but what you’re pushing involves online pharmacies, doesn’t it? Why would you want to lower yourself to that standard? You have to know by now that what you’re doing makes you an outcast in an ethical and moral society. People are going to be ripped off and lose money… people who paid you money and relied on your advice. There are going to be people who get arrested from following your advice. There are better ways to make money than this… without all the risks and the lowering of your personal ethics. You keep defending yourself here… but is it really us you’re trying to convince or yourself that what you’re doing is okay? Will, my site provides information only, and a lot of disclaimers… There has been a great misunderstanding (and a lot of out & out lies) about me and my motives… I’ll rest my case here, and take up any serious posts via email – it is hard not to feel the need to defend – not myself and business idea per say, but the gross nonesense that certain people have posted about ME… and in doing so I AM obviously just digging a deeper hole.  I do thank you for pointing that out…. One last defense, tho <g> – My intention was to help keep people from getting ripped off by the sleazy ones. <sigh> With respect, Denise

I got your e-mail and visited your site. It seems to be mostly information that can be had for free elsewhere. But if people are willing to pay for it… more power to you. :) I still disagree with the concept of what you’re doing and feel that it will only lead to trouble for you and for those who follow your advice. But I’ll also end it here since you’re going to do what you want anyway… just like a woman. :) J/K :)  Be careful and I hope you don’t get in the trouble I predicted. :) Will – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – > Will, my site provides information only, and a lot of disclaimers… There has > been a great misunderstanding (and a lot of out & out lies) about me and my > motives… I’ll rest my case here, and take up any serious posts via email – > it is hard not to feel the need to defend – not myself and business idea per > say, but the gross nonesense that certain people have posted about > ME… and in doing so I AM obviously just digging a deeper hole.  I do thank > you for pointing that out…. Any signs of me getting in trouble, I’ll give you the first rights to the "I Told You So!!" But my family is important to me, no mistake, and I will re-anylize my motives/liability/everything, before I take the first paying customer – so far most have seen it for free anyway in my great desire to not seem sooo sleazy… <G> I was right about you, you’re OK, Denise

Don’t worry… I’ll be first in line. :) Found an interesting site you might want to look at. It doesn’t pertain to your site directly, but to the broad subject at hand. http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/cybercrime/append.htm APPENDIX A
