FS: BMW cell phone

Question:

Hi Doug, I have a 2000 328Ci and may be interested in the Star-Tac and the car kit.  Is the Star-Tac phone a Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint model.  I currently have Sprint (Samsung 3500)  and would like to keep my number and service.  Ironic that you’re going to the Kyocera QCP-6035 since I’m considering doing the same thing (and giving my SCH-3500 to my wife). ** Jeff ** > I have a BMW branded Motorola Star-Tac phone. I have a BMW branded Motorola Star-Tac phone. It is compatible with the E46 3 series, and many other recent models. It will enable the steering wheel buttons to activate the phone. I have the factory install kit for an E46, never used. I also have a cigarette lighter power cord, a separate charger and spare battery, a data cable and software, as well as all the original accessories (a belt holster, the travel charger, and instruction manuals for handheld and car installed use) I am switching to the Kyocera phone/palm pilot combination,  and so don’t need this anymore. It is about 5 months old, and is working fine. I have about a grand invested in the whole package, and would consider $500.
