Jake, Most of the "best b school" magazine issues will have top level info for new grads — you can assume its fairly similar among the major firms competing for similar talent. After that I’d look to some of the firms themselves for annual com studies. mercer has WM Mercer, PWC does comp studies, etc. They may be available on line or through trade associations.
