Having said all that, Adgrafix is, I believe, the best deal for the money out there. I always recommend to my clients that the FIRST thing to look for is a good relationship with the service provider. Do they treat you like a person? How easy is it to contact them? How quickly do they respond to your calls? How open are they about their mistakes (which WILL happen!)? Then I look for things like reliability, CGI support (a big issue for me!), bandwidth, storage, cost, etc. I tend to stick with local providers because I can meet with them face-to-face and establish that relationship.
