I use the D&B MarketPlace product. After you buy the software, you can look at a list by the criteria you decide and then decide if you want to buy the list or make changes to it before purchasing. You have unlimited use of the list after licensing and the data is updated quarterly. I have got reasonable results using it to prospect for construction factoring clients and brokers. Background Primary schools in Lincolnshire UK had not had school milk for 10 years. A trial in the back end of 1997 was conducted between the County Council and The Lincoln Co-operative Society Dairy. The trial took place with a small number of schools, 31 out of 55 school in a geographical area opting in. Each child pays 12p a day which is paid up front ever 6 weeks  The trial was a success with the County Council in the near future recommending to its 350 primary schools the school milk scheme. Future plans I intend to approach the extra 300 schools in the way that was adopted in the trial, by issueing questionnaires to parents first through the school. At the same time using local newspapers to whip up support. This should give 175 schools with 40% of the children taking up the scheme. The schemes success  initially depends on getting the schools to register, as taking milk by the school is voluntary. This means the Head Teacher or staff have to be in favour of milk in school or there has to be enough parent pressure on the school for milk to change the Head teachers and staffs attitude to the issue. Once the schools have registered,  the uptake in children drinking milk is down to in the main to child peer presure. To reach maximum uptake the scheme has to be marketed to the child correctly. This I am intending to do in the following ways: 1.  Radio advertising using the voice of our mascot "Kool Kat" 2.  Stickers saying I drink "Kool Kats" School milk 3.  Visits to school by "Kool Kat" Hopefully the above measures should allow the scheme to grow fro 2000 children to 10 000 in the next 6 months. What direction should the radio advertising take and what else can be done to encourage the schemes up take?
