Ordered three times from them in the last 2 1/2 weeks. Free shipping, 2-day FedEx last time. Is there a catch? No! It’s more than legit. For those who don’t know, check out the history link on their site. They have been sound consultants, for lack of a better phrase, for many top projects. Their main Cust. Serv. guy, Mikey Seltzer, handles their business very well. My only complaint is not a real specific complaint, since in my report on other Internet music equipment merchants I said the same thing: they don’t have everything. Just a fact of life. The good news is that when you have to cobble together an order from several places, you aren’t going to be hit with a shipping "penalty." So, to sum it all up to this point: Need 3 months same as cash? –>American Musical Supply. Need inexpensive shipping? —> Same Day Music Need free shipping, and found the right product is available?—>Sweetwater.com Update on Music123 and Better Business Bureau situation: They finally sent an answer my complaint. I followed with a rebuttal, which pointed out their "inconsistencies." Then they rebutted my rebuttal. Bottom line: I have proof that the bank approved the credit. Bank was so ready to give the credit, that they sent DOUBLE the requested credit line, in two checks. ‘Nuff said.
