Airports for Long Beach cruise

Question:

Long Beach airport seems to have limited options for us — what other airports are nearby, and does anyone know if Carnival offers transportation to the others? TIA. LAX – Los Angeles International airport is the next closest major airport. CCL offers bus transfers. Response:

Most people flying to Los Angeles will use Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).  It is about a half-hour ride from the Long Beach cruise ship terminal.  Carnival does sell bus transportation between LAX and the cruise ship terminal in Long Beach. — I’m Tom Smith, and I approved this message.

I got a quote from Prime Time Shuttle of $15 per person for transportation from LAX to Long Beach.  Don’t know what the cruise line will charge you. With PTS, you have to make your reservation in advance on their website, www.primetimeshuttle.com.

Response:

LAX would be the nest closest airport and Carnival does offer Transfers.   Diane Giambalvo Travel Consultant GalaxSea Cruises And Tours East Brunswick, NJ 1-800-357-9393 http://www.galaxseaeb.com http://hometown.aol.com/iv18/myhomepage/business.html
